No, those cone wrenches are used for cup and cone wheel hubs. Park Tool makes a specific wrench for what you have there. Park Tool has an extensive catalogue of repair videos on YouTube that are super helpful. When in doubt, check there.

A crescent wrench will also work for that drive side bb cup.

The adjustable cup (non drive side) should be a 16mm box wrench or cone wrench. The drive side fixed cup in theory can come off with a 36mm or adjustable wrench. You’ll likely need to be creative in getting it off. Sheldon brown (rip) is your friend:
