You can break your chain if you hit that missing tooth while shifting and putting power down. Shimano gives a three year warranty on XTR and Dura Ace, so you should be able to get a new cassette through that.

You can use it to get home or while waiting to receive/replace your cassette, but not for long-term use and if you can, avoid using the three largest cogs.

That’s right where a shift ramp is … check the chain as well for damage. I would grab a small file, and round a bit that area where the tooth was. Shift gears more carefully next time, you had too much pressure on the transmission, and maybe shifted too many gears at once, that’s why the tooth broke.
Or maybe a manufacturing defect. But still, ride the crap out of that thing.
