
We’re quick to point out when a company drops the ball, but it’s worth noticing when they get it right. Specialized Bicycle did exactly that for me.
Specialized honored their warranty on a wheel for me – a Roval Terra C that took a huge hit during a gravel race. I’m fortunate it survived to the end. When I discovered the damage after the race, I contacted Specialized and they told me how to start the process with my Local Bike Store and then they’d move forward. After checking in with my LBS they packed it up and shipped it out. A few weeks later I had a new wheel! No fuss, no problems, no doubts. Technically, it a new rim as they re-used the hub and spokes according to my LBS.
I greatly appreciate the customer care Specialized has demonstrated.
