Tire clearance – 83 Specialized Allez

I have an 83 Specialized Allez. I mounted 700x32c tires on it like a year ago. haven’t really ridden but now I’m back. not sure if this is enough clearance with these tires or if I should move down to 28c. The front has enough clearance but the rear, the part in the pics, is what I’m worried about.
