Specialized tarmac SL4 for £80 ($100), how did I do?

I think its an SL4. Ultegra shifters and derailleur. Not sure of the weight but doesn't feel too bad. Currently running 23mm tyres but I'll see how big I can go. Just a shame I've recently sold/donated all my rim brake wheels.
