Just waxed my chain for the first time, and consequently it’s my first time attempting to put my chain back on the bike. Wanted to make sure everything is routed correctly and the chain is facing the right direction before going out for a ride. Don’t want to have it on wrong and break something.

Yep. Keep in mind a freshly waxed chain is gonna feel a little crunchy for a mile or two.
