Things I wish people knew about Latvia 🤔

1. It has one of the highest internet speeds in the world and has unlimited data at rates that would put cheaper countries like India or Sri Lanka to shame. 📈
2. Over 50% of the country is covered in forests. Latvia is heavily rooted in nature and there are many events that involve getting out in nature. 🌲
3. It is one of the premier destinations for international students who want to study in Europe and get a European degree as there are courses that start as low as 2000 EUR per year. 🫰
4. Second hand cloth stores are extremely common and have very good quality clothing. There is no shame in buying pre-owned goods and you can always find amazing deals there (cheaper than India for example) 🧥
5. In winter, temperatures can drop down to -20° to -30°C and you can literally feel the air as you breathe it ❄️
