That's a new problem to me, so I'm asking for your knowledge !
I planned on disassembling the freewheel and clean/regrease it, is it likely to solve this ?
That's my gf's bike that she got when she was young, and let's say she's not the best with bike maintenance so it's safe to say the wheel has never been serviced !
Neither was the bike, I cleaned and restored everything else, but I didn't bother disassembling the wheels hubs.
When I tuned the derailleur on the stand, I had no issue, but as soon as I test rode it, this happened.

Could be toast. Could just need a cleaning and re-lubricating.
