I initially saw the white mark on the edge of the wrap then had a closer look and saw what almost looks like a knife cut around the headset bearing. I can catch my finger nail on the one that looks like a cut. It's a 2025 Norco Sight

Looks like it. Is that a load bearing sticker?
Edit: on second sight, not a crack. Just some gunk.
I’m not convinced there’s anything concerning here, all lines follow the contours of the bike, no stress fractures visible in the surrounding area.
I’m no expert though.
