  1. This is wrong. Maybe it's the right fit for some, but my seat tip has to be slightly, slightly, slightly tilting upwards for me to have the ideal seat position. A downward tilt makes me slide too much forward and I would lack stability. My performance is thus best with an ever so slightly upwards tilt, not down. If you do not sit properly and in a stable manner, whether related to the seat or otherwise, then you become inefficient, so don't let these nerds on the internet trick you to move away from the adjustments that suit your anatomy the best.

  2. Some of my bikes feel better with similar seat angles, some work better level, and one old favorite has the sea tilted a bit back. Find what suits you on your bikes.

  3. You just can't fix stupid YouTubers that don't really ride and little experience. Mine is pointed back a little. Every pelvis is different.

  4. The most critical part is to choose and buy the suitable saddle . And then some adjustments, always after some short test rides.

  5. Saddle tilt is as personal as the saddle itself. What works best for one may not work for another. I ride slightly nose up. The only thing that will make you faster is stronger legs and lungs.
