Looks like a mid cage. I doubt this has 32t capacity. Probably a 30t capacity. Are you running a double up front? Edit: definitely a short cage

This is a short cage (SS).
For Shimano road rear derailleurs it’s easy to tell:
If the distance between the two jockey wheels is equal to or less than the diameter of a jockey wheel, it’s an SS.
If the distance between the two jockey wheels is greater than the diameter of a jockey wheel, it’s a GS (mid cage).
That SS short cage can’t handle anything more than a 28T reliably. I’ve seen some bikes with the 105 RD-5701-SS and Ultegra RD-6700A-SS run 11-30T cassettes but nothing bigger than that without some sort of derailleur hanger extender.
