This Wheel is only use for Lefty Forks
No. That wheel is for a Cannondale Lefty fork. Unless you have one, it’s worthless.
Im petty sure that’s an old lefty hub. I could be wrong. They have threads with a smaller bearing on one side where it bolts to the fork. If so you can’t run the hub on anything other than a lefty suspension fork
That is a lefty wheel, most likely quite an old one if it’s 26”. Not sure if the old double crown fork interface and the new ocho interface is different but it’s definitely a lefty hub.
Not only is it a lefty hub, you’re missing the end cap and retaining bolt.
