Greetings all! First gravel bike acquired recently, and I'm trying to mitigate the lack of storage in my garage. Any issues for the frame, or otherwise, storing a carbon bike like this?
The intent is to position the hanger such that the rear wheel sits on the ground, with the bike at an angle against the wall.
The wall hangers come from Home Depot, are padded, and are rated to hold 50lbs. I use two to hold a 50lb kayak and so far they've done great.

Appreciate any input!

You might get some weird rubbing on the bar tape on the wall side getting it on and off the hook. That’s what immediately comes to mind. The frame and brakes should be fine (if you had the levels below the calipers, you might need to give a few squeezes after you take it down to move any air bubbles back towards the levers). I might also put something that would pad the concrete near where the frame might make contact with the concrete near the floor to prevent scrapes and bumps.
Bungie cords aren’t the best choice. Too much movement and scuffing. I’d hang it upside down from the ceiling with two hooks for wheels. Or. What I really like, steady racks.
If you must store it vertically I’d go with the [Velo Hinge 2.0 Bike Storage Rack](https://www.rei.com/product/232471/feedback-sports-velo-hinge-20-bike-storage-rack?sku=2324710001&store=132&CAWELAID=120217890017758516&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=130790788781&CATCI=pla-713424853117&cm_mmc=PLA_Google%7C21700000001700551_2324710001%7C713424853117%7Cbrand_flag%7C11306272256&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=11306272256&gbraid=0AAAAAD_DTlyV8xIf0Yi3nndoe0Qh8c6Om&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIvPP0rdL6kAMVoxWtBh3OGDN-EAQYASABEgL9X_D_BwE). It swivels so you can get your bike on and off easily, then swing it against the wall.
Can you hang the bike from the ceiling?

Couldn’t you just lean it against the wall with no stand at all? It seems to occupy roughly the same exact space on the ground without the complexity. I tried a few solutions to storing bikes and came back to leaving the bikes on the floor
Im sorry, but I love this. Perfect in its simplicity. Only thing I would change is to have the drive-side facing out
you could also try hanging it by the saddle using that hook, might work, might be too close to the wall to clear the pedal
