Amidst a mild mid life crisis (I think) I bought basketball, mapped all 20ish city parks with a hoop and set out to ride to each and hit a free throw. I am Shaq off the line (I haven't shot a single hoop in a few years but I was never great anyway), I wasn't dressed for deluge of rain (didn't want to look like a cyclist which is only good raingear I have), and I got a flat (then got really cold). I bailed and rode home after 5 parks but I'll be back to complete the tour. Encouraging others to celebrate mid life or any other such life stages with such shenanigans.
