[Route Advice] Dubrovnik – Kotor Bay – North Albania – Park Rijeka – Park Orjen – Dubrovnik. Any tips, advice or alternative routes that might be more suitable for quiet road riding?

Looking into a route from Dubrovnik, through Montenegro into the Albanian Alps and back via Park Rijeka, Park Orjen. Plan would be to achieve this in 7 days in May/June doing around 50–60 miles a day, mostly camping and some hostels/bnb stops along the way.
