I just noticed that the RevolutionRace Typhoon pants I have used over the last two years have started to let water through. They have side zippers along the length of both legs and from the knee down this is where they are now starting to let water through. It got so bad this morning that I could feel water drops running down into my shoes. I'm thinking of getting an AGU tech rain commuter pants. Any other suggestions or recommendations?
