Usually there’s info about the minimal thickness the rotor can have. Unless you’ve glazed them to the point of no return or bent, there’s no other reason to replace a rotor.

Its hard to tell from this angle but thickness wise, they look fine.
If thats a mountain bike, I’d say time for new rotors because 160 is not adequate for technical trail riding. get some 203’s on there! One of the best upgrades I made over the years was going to giant rotors. I initially did it for riding Highland but it gives you so much more control in all braking situations.

is the minimum thickness written on it ?
shimano says ~1.5mm, Sram on their 1.7-1.8mm ?
