I am not sure what I am doing wrong but the rear wheel thru axle wont fit through the frame hole.
Pictured here is the axle from the non-drive side and it doesn’t go past this point.
I have used a bunch of grease. Am I making missing something very obvious here?

It looks like the whole bike is disassembled. Was the axle in the frame when you took delivery?
I had the bike on a trainer and am reinstalling the wheel. Yes the axle was in the frame before.
