I’ve been planning and slowly executing this bike build for about 2 years now, and I took my first test ride around town today. I built this bike with touring Scotland in mind, and can’t wait to hit the roads. The bike is a Soma Wolverine V4.0 B type. I laced the wheels to a Rohloff 14 Speed Hub and a Son28 Dynamo Hub. I ran a Gates Carbon belt drive to a Gates Carbon Crankset.
The Salsa Wonderlust and Down Under racks both aren’t compatible with my disc brakes, so I purchased spacers and longer M6 bolts.
The rear light will be mounted to the back Salsa Wonderlust rack once installed. I will also hang Ortlieb bags to the front and rear racks.
