That’s a Schwinn. Solid bike, but would be hard to find on the open market because of its age. If you like these aesthetics you should investigate steel lugged frames with flat top crown fork. Typically these bikes have 1″ quill stems which will limit the types of bars you can run. They do make quill stems with a 31.8 clamp diameter, but you would probably have to find it on eBay.
Not a bad bike, just old school and a bit heavy. Still a great place to start.
Man that’s a pgh themed bike if I’ve ever seen one
