I just got a new odyssey seven KA complete wheel a week ago, fitted with an odyssey antigram v2 cassette. I rode a few sessions on it…yesterday I noticed a weird binding kind of feeling while pedaling backwards. I went to check it and I saw these like washer looking things on outside of the drive collar….after investigating further I see that pedaling backwards spins the tire backwards even though it shouldn’t be…the washer things appear to be broken or snapped? Idk I’ve never owned this cassette hub or had any issues like this before. Looking for advice or help on what happened/whats wrong and how to fix?

Pull the driver out take a look is the first thing. Ghost pedalling/back pedaling occurs due to either excess drag on some component, or is in many cases inevitable with many hubs as the springs being fresh and pawls being not worn in will still inevitably create enough drag to back pedal the wheel, not that you’d remotely notice when actually riding as the forwards momentum overcomes it anyway.
