My brother got new tires for this used, chainless mountain bike. It seems to be the same one at this link: https://www.webbicycle.com/bikes/cross7.php
They got the front tire replaced, but for the life of us we can't figure out how to remove the rear tire. I included photos of both sides of where the tire is attached. Now, at the moment we have a stubborn nut in the way that's stuck (that's its own challenge, but I figure we'll find some way to get it loose from the bike frame), but once we remove that, we still don't know the way forward or if that will actually help us remove the tire. What's stranger to me is not only can I not find any tutorials for removing tires from bikes of this kind, I can hardly find any references to this specific bike online at all. Almost all tire removal tutorials I see are for bikes with chains. 🤔 The parts don't seem to match ours. Does anyone know what the process is for this kind of bike?
