Honestly, it can be hard to tell unless u clean them up and put them on a bike.
Once theyre clean and lubed u can check if every joint is moving smoothly and check that the cages are straight. The paint damage makes me wary but ive seen some jacked lookin components run well.
For the most part tho there are some issues that are more easliy found when u try and run the parts with a new chain and cassette.
Also those jockey wheels look a little worn but they are replaceable.
