Unfortunately, you probably don’t – they’re not supposed to do that and the metal part is probably alloy so not designed to bend. The answer is a new saddle.

I have done this once on purpose (to glue my saddle leather ). you need 2 seat posts, installed like my photo, and twist them hard, then you may got it
I did this and was able to put it back. Just google, you boil water and drop the seat nose into it, plastic loosens up and you can bend it back in. You are not bending rails, ylu are bending the seat.

I had this happen and I just brute force bent the saddle, not the rails. Put the back on first, then bend the shit out of the saddle nose until the front gets started , then wiggle it on or hit it with the palm of your hand. Whichever seems appropriate. You may need to hold the middle down while pulling up the nose. The saddle shouldn’t do that though and the “seat” part is most likely already cracked or compromised somehow. It will probably be rideable, but the last thing you need is a seat or seatpost failure while you’re riding, if you catch my drift. I demoed a full suspension bike from a shop around 25 years ago. I launched off a curb into the street goofing around and the seatpost snapped where its clamp was bonded to the post. I didn’t crash or get injured, but I never forgot it either, lol.
