I I’m Harry and I’m going to be teaching Ellie how to ride the voy ebike okay first you need to download the voy app and you need to look on the map and you to see that there’s bikes in the location that you want to ride from first we need to scan the QR code and then click unlock wait you haven’t put your helmet on or adjusted your seat adjust the seat to just below your hip so we have two brakes on the vehicle a bell feature as you pedal the motor comes on and no need to worry about changing gear it does it automatically we also have the no-o Zone the parking Zone and the slow Zone if these are displayed in green then you can use these areas but if they’re in red and you cannot use these areas or park there Park the bike considerately place the bike on its kickstand press end ride on our app and take a photo

How do I get a Voi helmet? Also, is it able to go up hills withput hurting me? I want to long rent one in Liverpool, as I have a full metal left hip am bicycle rider of 50 years a woman 5 ft 7 inches and fit other than push biking days pretty much over. So can I get 1 please? How? Also, is it safe? Pedal assist? The saddle looks very narrow. Is it fast? How come the gears change automatically as I ned information on how. I hate gears anyway. Well changing them anyway. That saddle puts me off. Wish I could buy one with ptoper saddle as my titanium left hip needs extra support without compromising riding . Thank you Voi. How can you help me ok?😂❤
Voi is this electric bike pedal bike? I need to know? I do not understand how to find anyone from the council to help me understand how to make this electric bike work? Is it comes with a gelmet? Or not too? This has a basket on the front. I want to try it but need assistance. It is not fair on us semi disabled physically! I worry about safety and hills. Is it too heavy to go up a steep road? I ended up not getting a Voi e bicycle. Because the council do not know about them. This is very weird.

I phoned up Voi. They are not connected at all with The Cooperation? This is a private hire scheme. These are not owned by The Coperation. This is a Private Hire Vehicle.

FYI: It does NOT come with a helmet. You do NOT really need one when riding slow in a city. It will NOT protect you from tanks, whoops, I meant SUVs, dominating our roads!
