Hi. I have a stock fork and frameset from Kuota that I found recently. The problem is the fork has a significant (i think) crack on the fork. Is this still usable or better not ride on it?
The cracks are on either side lof the left fork leg. There's a little give when I squeeze it but I feel like it is the chipped carbon or paint that im feeling. I dont want to carve out the paint to see if the cracks reach deeper before I ask from this post.

That thing is utterly and unquestionably fucked.

Put a fork in that fork, it’s cooked.

Yes. I bought a crashed Trek 2300 for parts; it had been in a gnarly front end crash that bent the headtube. The fork had big cracks running up the legs, just like this.
It’s cooked.
Find something cool to make out of it! Like a lamp or stool or smth:)
Beyond dead.
