I installed a new cable set from jagwire road pro a week ago thinking it would solve this insane slack on the front brake, but the issue remains. The calipers itself and the spring looks fine to me, no debris in between the gaps like a sticky mud. Tried playing with the tension of all the bolts involve but was no good. Should I try my luck trying to repack this?

whos the culprit?

We need more information. Can you show us the cable installation from the shifter all the way to the brake? No bar wrap.

Reinstall that cable housing, perhaps with a solid black housing, that would be my first active diagnosis…

Seeing as you’ve already replaced the cables and the issue persists, I’d recommend you strip, clean, grease and rebuild the brake caliper.
