Hello all! Just picked up my first bike for $100 from a friend, Specialized Sirrus Sport. I don't know what year this bike is, but looking to change some things out including the seat, wheels and brake system. This is just for cruising so comfort is the most important to me!
Any suggestions? A sticker I saw on the base of the bike said EN14764 if that matters 🙂

Do you mean brake pads and tires? Or are you really changing brakes and wheels?
Edit: what I changed on my Sirrus is the bars. I replaced the original with swept-back bars and an adjustable stem. That greatly improves comfort.
