  1. Unsealed bearing are loose. You have to take the wheel off and tighten the nuts. But not to much so it won’t spin but not loose how it is right now. They are real finicky

  2. First guess is that the cone nuts are not tight. Pull the wheel off and check and tighten as needed. It should spin freely but not have any play. If something still feels loose then it could be the bearing is worn and needs replacing.

  3. Your cone nuts are loose. You need two wrenches. Back off the out nut from the inner nut. Hand tighten the cone nut… give the axle a twist to see it still is smooth, but axle doesn’t go back and forth. Tighten the outer nut back to the cone nut and put wheel back on.
