I think that one is a Campagnolo Shamal, 16 HPW. Too bad it lost the rim wall sticker. Early to mid -90s. Probably a 650c, or maybe its just that the high flange hub and aero rim makes it look smaller. In production the same period as the Vento, which also featured complete set 12H or 16H wheels. They weren’t light but they were smooth rolling, reliable tanks.
