I'm getting a road bike for the first time. I need your help.
The seller doesn't know which year it is from and that worries me a little. Also there's some kind of tape on the frame and fork and the paint is chipped. Is this still a good bike? Will it last me a long time regardless? I know the tarmac bikes have a very good reputation but still what do you think?
Frame is carbon, 2×9 Shimano 105
or should I just get this Scott AFR PRO alloy frame, Shimano Ultegra 3x9s, Mavic Aksium wheels, for 335 euros which I am almost certain is in a 9/10 condition. (last pic)
