  1. The steering pivot area is weak, and will collapse when cornering. It could use some castor angle for self-centering, say 6Β°. The steering needs to pivot in bearings, this arrangement will be very stiff. Also needs lock-stops.

  3. sigh. wrap the chain half around the sprocket, two rollers either side to keep it there, stretch the chain across a bar sliding in two sleeves welded to the frame, use THAT as the tie rod attachment point…

    its like these guys are taking teh piss, seeing just how shoddy they can get with making things and still get clicks…
