How can i fix them should i remove or add a spacer
When i fully tight it , the crank’s dosent move or anything but after like a session of riding a notice that the think in the video happens
My cranks keep going loose while i ride although i tight them fully

You might need a new spindle and bolts. Are the treads beat up?
What cranks or those and are they 3 piece or 2? If 3 with pinch bolts common mistake some make is tighten down pinch bolts before crank bolt, if your doing it right crank bolt then pinch bolts and they keep coming loose (if you can retighten them back to how you left them meaning the bolts came loose, suggest using thread locker blue aka medium bond.
Disassemble, clean everything, reassemble with a small amount of blue loctite on the bolts. Follow the instructions for the loctite.

Correct spacers for chain line and the perfect amount of spacers so they are just short of bottoming out. And yes thread locker but give the thread locker 48 hours to cure on the bolt before incerting. Keep an eye on em and bring a tool. I carry the new shadow pipe in pipe tool in my backpack every day. Or get a small rock bro frame bag and throw an Allen key/tool in there. You can find it (bag) on Amazon for cheap.
