🔧 What’s this part called on my Canyon Grizl CF SLX (2023), and is there frame protection for it?

I recently bought a Canyon Grizl CF SLX (2023) and noticed this blue/green painted section near the bottom bracket area (see red circle in the photo).

Can anyone tell me what this specific area is called — and whether there’s any protective cover, film, or guard made for it?
It looks like it might be prone to chain rub or debris damage from the front chainrings.

Any recommendations for frame protection kits or specific guards that fit the Grizl CF SLX would be greatly appreciated!
