I know I will be severely overbiked with this, but seller is asking for $4k, I am trying to talk him into $3750. My issue is if this is legit? The wheels alone are like $2k, he slashed the price from $7k.
I want this so bad and I know it could be the last bike I buy for a long time, but I want to make sure I know what to look for if he takes my bid.

Used bikes really don’t hold them value – honestly even $3000 seems a little high to me, but it’s worth what you’re willing to pay.
Make sure you coin test all the carbon for structural integrity, and try to get an idea of drivetrains wear and when components will need replaced.
Also, make sure it fits.
