I plan on riding around 25 mph with the bike, but I’m worried about cops seeing me ride over or just seeing me ride the bike and ask what e bike model it is so they can see the class, ask my age, etc. if you are under 16 I believe you can ride a class 2 bike which should go 20mph max. I’m hoping to pretend my bike is a class 2 by riding it at that speed. Any advice?
