$1500 each was too tough to pass up on. Ended up getting a 10% discount on one of the 2 for a package deal at my local Trek store. It at least mostly covered the taxes. One is for a buddy. We both have full suspensions and never owned fatties. Looking forward to having a fun bike to mix it up! We ended up looking for used ones first but there wasn’t really any steals out there.

Very good choice. Bought a Farley in late 2015 and in 2 weeks had to buy another. One for winter and one for summer.

  2. Congrats! You and your buddy will be very pleased….these are great fat bikes…..I bought a used Farley 5 in April thinking that I would only use it a few times in the winter….loved it so much on the regular trails I ride that I bought a Farley 9.6 three months later – now I have one for winter and the other for the rest of the year….

Farley is a great bike, it’s also easy to mod. I have 3 sets of wheels, one with 2.6” tires on SUNRINGLE – 50’s and 3.8” tires on SUNRINGLE- 65mm and 80mm carbon wheels with 4.5” tires.
