No. Not for an 11 year old bicycle. It’s more like $400 to $500. It’s beautiful and in great condition but it’s quite old.
Clean bike with new cassette and chain is worth closer to what they are asking than 400. Might see what starting negotiations around 500-550 and try to get to upper 500s to lower 600s. I personally would want to get rid of those Gatorskins, really poor tire for a road bike. Trades some decent durability for a inflexible and harsh riding tire.
