Broken frame

Hi everyone, hopefully it's ok to post it here. I wasn't sure but I couldn't find any reddit more granular.

Can you might help me with your experience regarding Canyon support. My frame is kind of broken and I want to know if that's something that can happen? I am really wondering that this happened and my feeling says it should fall under warranty?
