How much would you pay for this fella?

I've never owned a Brompton before. This is listed near me, and I seem to have haggled in down to significantly less than the asking price. But still wondering whether it is a decent deal. It includes a carrying case, if that matters.

To me, this looks like an older C line model. Not sure from what year. I've heard some complaints about those being much harder to maintain / repair than the newer models.

(3 gears is plenty for my usecase. I would just use it for light commuting (15 min to the train + 10 min to work).

Look a like pre 2005, old models are fixable and of course you can upgrade it with modern components

I think depending on the condition I’ll pay 300/400€

Knowing that if you’re not into bike mechanic it can give you some headache, I’m talking from my personal experience buying a 2006 M6L with some non original component and not in a shiny condition

There’s no Brompton that is any harder or easier to maintain they’re all basically the same except some differences with the brand new ones. Given the age I don’t know what the seller is asking but no more than £500ish
