Buy a spoke tool, if it wobbles to the right, gently tighten the spokes one left side, about a quarter turn. If it wovbles to the left, tighten them on the right. Spin the wheel again, reassess, repeat.

On a bmx bike with no front brake this not an issue. If it bothers you you can watch a video on truing wheels or take it to your local bike shop.
