So I put everything together, and when I stood the bike up it seems the front fork is separate from the frame? Idk what I did wrong or how to fix it, has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
Your top cap wasn’t tightened down enough with the stem being loose. It doesn’t need to be very tight and there’s not a ton of room for it being too tight as too loose.

The headset bearing popped out of place. Is the stem cap still in place? Or is the cockpit loose?

Remove the top & loosen the stem screws, can it then be pushed together (put the front brake on & push everything together)? Is there a claw or an expander installed?

Edit: figured it out! I had to take everything off of the stem and beat the part that popped out into submission. Not sure what caused it to pop out but it’s back in place now. Thanks everyone!
