You’re best getting hold of a proper bearing puller tool to get this off cleanly.

Remove the bolt, go out for a ride with no tool make sure you at least 50km away from home and eventually it is going to fall off by itself 😂

No one else is going to want stripped square-taper cranks because you can’t easily reinstall it anyway without the threads. I’d cut it off (cut the crank not the BB spindle – aluminum crank going to be easier than the steel spindle).
Just watched a video where someone used a torch to get the metal hot enough to have it pop off effortlessly – it was just a regular bernzomatic torch as well; nothing heavy duty. Either that or a spider removal tool but the cost associated with the bodge is what will most likely decide what you pursue.

I used a tie rod puller/pickle fork and a 4lb engineering hammer, but I was chucking the cranks and BB anyways

At the co-op, we have a ball joint separator, AKA “pickle fork” we use

You want to upgrade. Put the bolt back in loosely, go for a ride around the block, when the crank starts wobbling, stop riding.
This is usually quicker than cutting one off, in my experience, and far less fraught with stuff to go wrong.
Otherwise, fire up the angle grinder, make a cut at the corner of the axle and hammer in a cold-chisel to split the crank arm.

Another vote for a puller tool. There are lots of different size ones at auto parts stores designed for wiper arms, gears, ball joints, etc

Since it’s trash you hammer it off.
Use a drift (or whatever’s handy) to access non arm side. If you just hammer arm it will pinch on taper

Strip the tool in. Take off. Get new cranks. Or get a flywheel puller with same thread as crank bolt and pull it off. Or smack it with a hammer. I’d go hammer.

Remove the bolt and pedal around. Usually just around the block and it will come loose and fall off. Otherwise, those threads look ok to me but if they aren’t, go to autozone and borrow a gear puller through their loan a tool program.

A pickle fork can do it. Stein makes a stripped crank arm remover system.
And if there are some threads visible just cleaning them up with a chaser for one last go with a crank puller can help too.
