What am I doing wrong, or do I just need practice. I’m mainly wanting to know how to stop my feet coming off the pedals. Yes I know I need more air in my tires
You have a good understanding of how the bike is supposed to be but you need to preload a lot more. I suggest exaggerating bending your knees like crazy to understand you need to bend and spring up with that same motion you are doing now. Your arms play a part in pulling up but it really is in the legs to get a proper hop
