Pretty sure this is a Chiorda that is rebadged, low end italian bikes that generally have little collector value. This one is pretty cool though, funky frame and looks like someone has been putting work into it for sure.

Put a MTB 3x on the front and keep the single in the back but add a chain tensioner and it’s perfect 🤌
