What setups do you recommend for better 360 footage?

Captured this today with a DJI Osmo 360 while riding through the hills of Tuscany.
Had an amazing time out there with Tuscany Bike Route — the light, the roads, and the quiet atmosphere were perfect.

I’m still experimenting with angles and mounts for the Osmo.
Curious what setups or configurations others are using to get the best photo and video quality from 360 cameras on the bike (handlebar, helmet, rear pole, etc.)?

What do you think of this shot? Any tips for improving composition or stability?
