  1. You didn’t show us the splines on the spindle, and while the photos of the crank arm aren’t definitive, those splines aren’t in good condition. It is more probable that that your retention bolt is ok and that your splines have a lot of slop in them now – and splines with slop will allow the joint to move and work the bolt loose, no matter how good of condition the bolt is in.

Is replacing the crankset out of your budget?

  2. It`s exactly what it says, despite the crumy decal.

The bottom bracket is most *probably* a 24mm (aka hollowtech 2), so you need a 110bcd road crank with 24mm spindle.

The issue is more of a business one that most small enterprises cannot stock many parts and ordering from 3rd parties is expensive. not that this is a cheap failure anyhow.

That crank has the look of a Shimano Octalink interface. Not unlikely, even though it was made for Miche. If that isn’t the case, then it is a proprietary variant and unlikely to be purchased separately. You will need to change the crankset/ bottom bracket system entirely . See if a shop can verify Octalink compatibility. That is your best hope.
