This is a strange bike. The branding seems off. The closest similar bike I can find is a [2006 Giant Advanced TCR](https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/marketplace/buy-now/2006-giant-tcr-advanced-dura-ace-7070/). Hard to tell from the photos but it is raw carbon as well. It rather different branding from this example. The paint schemes for bikes tend to be iterative year after year. Going by the parts on the blue bike it is from a similar year. The absolute last year it could be is 2009 as in 2010 Shimano released a new version of Ultegra that routed the cables under the handlebar tape.
I would guess that this is an open mold frame that someone put Giant graphics on it. There is a chance that someone sanded down a painted TCR Advanced frame. Either because of damage or to save weight. Then added the graphics back. ~$3-400
