Yup. Tire says it’s 700x40c. Tube says 700×30-47. Tire is in the range of the tube. You will be fine as long as you have the correct valve type for your rim.

Your tire is 42-622 and your tube is compatible from 30-622 to 47-622, so it fits.

It’ll work as long as your rim is presta valve with the smaller hole for the stem. If not, they do make little rubber rim grommets you can get for $2 bucks.

for widths between 30 and 47 mm, and a diameter of 622mm, also called 700C, also called 28″ or 29″.
