Impossible to say without even knowing the brand and model. Most serials aren’t held by the brands only the manufactures in most cases of mass produced frames and bikes.

Deffo a mongoose serial number, my guess without seeing anything else is a mongoose legion complete frame, may not even be fully chromolly.
